AccuLynx is a profitable startup looking for experienced web developers to help maintain and build upon our flagship SaaS web application. AccuLynx is a tool used by specialty trade contractors around the world to run their businesses efficiently. We need a developer that can leverage many emerging technologies to produce the best possible experience for our customers.
We do not hire based on buzzwords or popular acronyms. We expect you to have mastered at least one language and be able to master any technology, language, or development environment in the future. You should be able to provide examples of previous work (professional or personal) and will be requested to complete a small coding challenge (4-8 hours) for evaluation.
Key Qualifications:
- Awesome coding skills.
- Several years of full-stack web development: frontend, backend, database.
- Belief that performance is a feature.
- Available for after hours support. We work at a sustainable 40h/week pace but sometimes things go bump in the night.
Things we'd like to see:
- Experience with technologies currently in our stack: C#, ASP.NET WebForms/MVC, jQuery, Sql Server, Git.

QA Engineer
AccuLynx is a profitable startup looking for a QA Engineer to help maintain and build upon our flagship SaaS web application. AccuLynx is a tool used by specialty trade contractors around the world to run their businesses efficiently. We need a QA Engineer that can leverage many emerging technologies to test for the best possible experience for our customers.
We do not hire based on buzzwords or popular acronyms. We expect you to have knowledge of at least one testing framework and be willing to learn any technology, language, or testing framework in the future. You will be responsible for mentoring and leading other QA team members. You must have excellent verbal and written technical communication skills, and be able to work in tandem with developers and end users.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases to ensure verification and validation of product requirements.
- Execute test cases while meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
- Automate as many test cases as possible.
- Work with Technical Support to identify software defect and log them with detailed information.
- Perform peer reviews, approve test plans, test cases and verify test results.
- Actively support customers during Technical Preview Programs.
- Mentor other team members on Software Quality Assurance best practices.
- Generate and maintain a set of metrics to base continuous-improvement initiatives and communicate status to management.
- Proactively identify and communicate project risks to engineering leads and management.
- Work with the Engineering to manage product regression testing and provide testing result analysis.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral English skills.
- 5+ years of experience testing commercial software applications or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience testing software/hardware interaction (Ex: iOs, Android).
- Experience using testing debugging tools. (Ex: LoadRunner)
- Belief that performance is a feature.

- Experience configuring server environments.
- Knowledge of load/performance testing.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Work Schedule Rotating shifts, supporting 7am to 7pm M-F with occasional Saturdays in the Rockton office.
- Under the direction of the Tech Support Manager, the Support Analyst is responsible for assisting customers with the use of our industry leading web-based application.
- Responsible for updating ticket-tracking system with call details.
- Responsible for escalating trouble tickets to the correct department for resolution.
- Tier I Support Analyst will need the ability to multi-task, taking both calls and chats from customers while documenting.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Assist with interdepartmental projects that have been assigned.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with end users with multiple levels of technological knowledge.
Key Qualifications:
- Technology must be a passion.
- At least 1 year of phone support experience.
- Must have a good understanding of Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
- High school diploma or Associates degree in IT related field (preferred).

Compensation includes:
- Base weekly salary plus monthly commissions on sales.
- Commissions will be paid on a residual basis for life of customer on AccuLynx.
Benefits include:
